All products sold at www.northernlightsinstruments.com are covered by manufacturer warranties. We also offer the NLI Lifetime Warranty Program for all labor-related work, including maintenance, assembly, and cleaning of night vision devices.

Night Vision Devices
Considering the composition of night vision devices, including housing, lenses, image intensifier tubes, and assembly, each component is manufactured by a different company and comes with its own warranty. Below, we have listed all components along with their specific warranty periods.

NLI lifetime warranty program:
The NLI Lifetime Warranty Program applies to all night vision devices and services offered by Northern Lights Instruments, including maintenance or assembly. Any work performed under this program is covered for life, meaning that if any of our work fails under normal conditions, it will be warranted under this program.
In the event of a claim, the device must be inspected to determine the cause of the labor-related issue. One of our specialists will then assess any necessary corrections. It is important to note that any disassembly of night vision, thermal, or other devices by the customer will void all warranties, including the manufacturer’s. If the issue is determined to be caused by our work, we will cover all necessary repairs once the device has been inspected by our specialist.
